​Dr Ian Loh heads the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Service in The Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.  He serves as a committee member in the Chapter of Otolaryngologists, Academy of Medicine Singapore and is a core faculty member in the Singhealth Residency programme.
