Dr David Low graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2006 before embarking on his Residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Singapore. During his training, he was granted Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and earned his Masters of Medicine (Otorhinolaryngology). Upon completion of his Residency, he was awarded the Eastern Health Alliance Fellowship Award. Dr Low then undertook an 18-month Fellowship in Otology – Skull Base Surgery at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto. During this Fellowship, he was exposed to the medical and surgical aspects of Otology and Neurotology under Professors Joseph Chen, Vincent Lin and Trung Le.
Dr Low is currently a Senior Consultant with the Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Changi General Hospital. He manages patients with general Otolaryngologic issues, with a particular interest in Otology and Neurotology. He continues to be involved in research and medical education with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS as well as the Duke – NUS Medical School.
